Ind vs Ban: India captain Rohit Sharma is very pleasing to the eye when he bats because he plays cricket the conventional way, unlike some of the younger cricketers today. But during his latest net session in Chepauk in Chennai, he did the unimaginable and stunned everyone present there. Rohit was spotted playing the reverse-sweep during his batting session. The reverse is not something Rohit plays usually. Looks like it is a sign of things to come. Bangladesh boast of quality spinners and Rohit is preparing well to counter them.

Team India will begin their red-ball schedule and keep their case for the World Test Championship Final. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has named in the official squad first Test match against Bangladesh , which will take place at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. The first test match will begin on September 19, 2024, at 09:30 AM IST.

The Indian Cricket Team have a test-heavy schedule lined up as they will also face New Zealand at home and Australia in an away series this year.
