Former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar celebrated the joyous festival of Holi with his teammates in the India Masters League. The veteran cricketer was joined by stars like Yusuf Pathan, Irfan Pathan, Ambati Rayudu and Yuvraj Singh, among others, as they smeared colors and water on each other and celebrated the festival with enthusiasm. Tendulkar also pulled off a hilarious prank on Yuvraj Singh to include him in the celebrations as they had to bring him out of his room.
Sachin Tendulkar turned into a prankster on Yuvraj Singh after he pulled a hilarious prank on the former India star during the India Masters' Holi celebration. In a video shared by the former India cricketer on ‘X’, the India Legends surprised a sleepy Yuvraj Singh, who did not come down for the celebration. They knocked on Yuvraj's door and drenched him with colors and water, and the all-rounder joined the celebration with his teammates.
A similar fate happened with former India cricketer Ambati Rayudu, as he was not a part of the India Masters' Holi bash. A similar prank was pulled off on Rayudu as well, and he also joined in eventually. Ambati also sought Sachin's blessings in the clip before it ended.
The Sachin Tendulkar-led India Masters secured a comprehensive 94-run win over the Australia Masters to march into the International masters League's summit clash. The Yuvraj Singh emerged as the MVP with his blazing 30-ball 59, which consisted of a four and seven sixes. Tendulkar also played a composed 42-run knock to keep India Masters ahead in the game in terms of momentum and secured 220/7 on the scoreboard at the end of the innings.
Australia did a fine on with the ball as Dan Christian and Xavier Doherty secured two wickets each. However, the Indian side reigned supreme after Shahbaz Nadeem struck four wickets to derail the Aussies' momentum and bundled them at 126 runs. Irfan Pathan also did a fine job with the ball by scalping two dismissals for his side.
