Rohit hit a brilliant 76 off 83 balls. Days after the Champions Trophy success, Bollywood actress Esha Gupta has made a frivolous remark on the two Indian cricketing legends. Esha, who is promoting ‘Maniac’, was asked during a promotional event about who she thinks are the ‘maniacs’ in the Indian cricket team. To that, she responded with the names of Rohit and Kohli.

“Virat and Rohit are the perfect maniacs of our cricket team," Esha said during the interaction on one of the promotional events. She also revealed getting extremely emotional after Kohli's brilliant show.

Both the senior statesmen played a pivotal role in India's triumphant run at the Champions Trophy in Dubai. While Kohli hit an unbeaten century against arch-rivals Pakistan in the big-ticket match to take his side over the line, captain Rohit rose to the occasion in the summit clash where he hit a marvelous 76 off 83 balls. Rohit was also spot-on with his change of bowlers and field-setting. 

Kohli and Rohit would soon be seen playing for their respective franchises in the upcoming season of the IPL . Without a doubt, the spotlight would be on them.
