India's comeback at the MCG in the T20 World Cup 2022 is unforgettable, but their most recent resurgence in the Big Apple will also go down in history. Veteran India star Wasim Jaffer hails Rohit Sharma-led Team India's stupendous comeback, trolls Pakistan's performance with a meme

Despite a courageous effort by Rishabh Pant (42 off 31 balls) after being put in to bat in gloomy conditions, the Rohit Sharma-led squad collapsed midway through the innings on a two-paced track and were all out for 119 in 19 overs. With eight wickets remaining and 48 runs required from as many balls, Pakistan thought to have the game under control. However, India rallied with crisp spells from the always-effective Bumrah (3/14) and Hardik Pandya (2/24) that saw Pakistan lose wickets at a rapid pace, finishing at 113 for seven in 20 overs. Following the game, veteran Indian great Wasim Jaffer playfully uploaded a meme after the Rohit Sharma-led team's stunning comeback while bowling in the second innings of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 group stage match at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium.

'Bumrah and co snatching win from Pakistan #INDvPAK #T20WorldCup,' Jaffer captioned the post. It did not take long for the cricket fans on the social media post to react on it.
