Nirmala Sitharaman At Republic Summit

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman speaks at Republic Summit and talks about India's Economic Growth. Sitharaman has said that India is the fastest-growing economy in the world. She has also said that India is in a rare position of being optimistic and positive about its future growth. Sitharaman has said that India's real GDP growth was 7.2% in 2022-23 and is projected to grow at 6.5% in 2023-24. She has also said that India's GDP has reached $3.75 trillion in 2023, moving from the 10th largest to the 5th largest economy in the world. Sitharaman stated that, India holds the distinction of being the fastest-growing economy globally. She mentioned that India finds itself in a unique situation of harbouring optimism and positivity regarding its future growth.
