Lee talks of Squid Game season 2
Lee Byung-hun, whose performance as Front Man in Squid Game was critically praised, recently talked of a sophomore season the Netflix show might be getting. In an interview, the actor said the series director, Hwang Dong-hyuk initially had no plans for a second season.
"After wrapping up Squid Game, we went out for dinner. Over dinner, I asked him what it was like for him to make a series. He was like, ‘I’ve lost six teeth due to stress. I’m never doing a television show again'. But it was the show’s global success that got him to make a sequel," Lee disclosed.

As of now, details about its release date remain undisclosed.
