India vs New Zealand: Star Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya took an acrobatic catch to dismiss New Zealand opener Devon Conway in the third T20I match of the series, at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati, on Sunday, January 25.

Hardik Pandya Takes Stunning Catch To Dismiss Devon Conway

In the third delivery of the first over, Harshit Rana delivered at full length to Conway. The Kiwi moved leg-side and sent the ball over the mid-off. Hardik Pandya moved towards his left and made an acrobatic attempt to take a stunning catch.

In the ongoing New Zealand tour of India, this is the fifth time Conway has been dismissed by Harshit.

The ongoing five-match series against the Kiwis will help India to prepare for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2026.

As of now, Harshit Rana has picked up two wickets after playing two T20Is against New Zealand, at a bowling average of 25.00.

Hardik Pandya's Numbers In T20Is

Hardik Pandya has been playing a crucial role in the squad for quite a long time now. Not just with the bat and bowl, but the all-rounder has shown his capability in the field as well.

Pandya began his T20I career in 2016 against Australia in Adelaide. In the T20Is, the 32-year-old has played 126 matches and 98 innings, scoring 2027 runs at a strike rate of 143.65 and an average of 28.54. Meanwhile, he has picked 103 wickets from 114 innings at an economy rate of 8.30 and a bowling average of 26.83.

In the five-game series, India are leading 2-0 against New Zealand after winning the first two matches. The Men in Blue need to win the ongoing match in Guwahati to clinch the series.

India won the toss and opted to bowl against the Kiwis in the third T20I on Sunday, January 25.
