Karnataka boasted seasoned cricketers like Devdutt Padikkal, Mayank Yadav, Karun Nair and KL Rahul. But the eight-time Ranji title winners failed to deliver under pressure. Mayank Agarwal was the sole player making an impact, scoring a fighting 160 off 266 deliveries.
