Smriti Mandhana continued her exemplary form for the Indian women's cricket team in the series decider clash. At the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi, the Indian vice-captain raced to score the second-fastest hundred in women's ODI history.

The Indian women's vice-captain continued her exemplary form in the third ODI match by putting up an exemplary effort during the series decider clash.

Mandhana sealed a century in just fifty balls, which was an incredible sight as she continued the onslaught with her blade to chase the target.

Smriti Mandhana Dazzles With Record-Setting Century In 3rd W-ODI vs Australua

Australia Women started strong, with the top order putting up a clinical effort and taking the score to soaring heights. From Ellyse Perry's solid 68 to Beth Mooney's commanding century, the Aussies carried the momentum to put up a 400+ score in the competition.

It was raining fours and sixes at the Arun Jaitley Stadium as the Australian Women carried themselves vigorously in the first innings.

Team India too responded with similar flair, with India vice-captain Smriti Mandhana pulling off a 63-ball 125 in the competition. With 17 boundaries and five sixes, the Indian left-handed batter unleashed fury by sealing a 50-ball century in the competition.

Mandhana has scored the second-fastest women's ODI century in history, only behind Meg Lanning, who had sealed a ton in just 45 balls.

Additionally, the Indian vice captain has bettered India's all-time ODI record for the fastest century. Kohli had done it in 52 balls, but Smriti Mandhana sealed it in just 50 balls.

Smriti Mandhana Continues To Notch Up Key Records

Smriti Mandhana continues to soar at the top as she continues to etch more records to her name. The swashbuckling fifty-ball century has helped Mandhana notch up her 13th W-ODI century, which puts her in joint-second alongside Suzie Bates. She pulled it off in just 108 innings.

The Indian vice-captain is now right behind Australia's Meg Lanning, who has 15 ODI centuries to her name and currently tops the list.
