Pakistan are the hosts of the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 which is being played in a hybrid model. The Men in Green have arrived in Dubai for match against India on Friday morning. For the unversed, Pakistan played their first match in Karachi against New Zealand which they lost. The Muhammed Rizwan-led side lost the match by 60 runs jeopardizing their chances of making it through to the semi-final. Now, they lock horns with arch-rivals India. It is going to be a do-or-die clash for the Men in Green, who would be down-on-confidence. India, on the other hand, have defeated Bangladesh , to strengthen their chances of advancing in the mega event. Here is how fans are mocking Pakistan on their arrival in Dubai.

PROBLEMS OF PLENTY FOR PAKISTAN

Meanwhile, to make things worse for Pakistan, they would be missing the services of Fakhar Zaman against India. The lack of intent from the Pakistan batters was questioned following their loss against New Zealand. What wioll make things difficult for Pakistan is that they now need to get accustomed to the conditions and they do not have much time for that.

India vs Pakistan PREVIEW

India, following their win over Bangladesh in Dubai, would start as overwhelming favourites. The Indian team is very unlikely to tinker with the winning combination for that game which will be played on February 23. India's past record suggests that they would have the edge over their opponents. Pakistan need to play out of their skin to give India a run for their money.
