IND vs NZ Final, Champions Trophy 2025: Team India skipper Rohit Sharma looked visibly frustrated when New Zealand was at an all-out attack against the Indian side. Openers Will Young and Rachin Ravindra were at an all-out attack at the beginning of the innings. The Indian side was looking bleak against the Blackcaps' attack, which gave the Indian fans a major scare. Rachin Ravindra, in particular, was smacking shots over the boundary line and gave a tough time to Hardik Pandya during his spell. Rohit hurled a mouthful amid the boiling frustration as the match went on.

The moment happened during the third over of the India vs New Zealand summit clash when Hardik Pandya bowled against Rachin Ravindra. It was a tough spell for the all-rounder as he gave out 16 runs in the over. Rachin dished out a couple of boundaries and also hit a maximum off Pandya's spell. Frustration boiled in as the Indian side was withering in terms of bowling. The all-rounder was visibly disappointed, and so was the skipper of the Indian Cricket Team.

India Derails New Zealand's Momentum With Sheer Dominance

New Zealand won the toss and opted to bat first against India in the Champions Trophy Final. Skipper Rohit Sharma joined the likes of Brian Lara to become the skipper with the longest streak of losing coin toss, with 12 losses to his name in ODI cricket. But the Indian side has showcased their dominance with the ball as spin comes in clutch for the side. As of now, all of New Zealand's wickets have been taken by spinners — one by Varun Chakaravarthy and two by Kuldeep Yadav — to keep the Indian side ahead in the game. All-rounder Jadeja also picked up a wicket to his name after dismissing Tom Latham, 

India will bat in the second innings against the Blackcaps at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in the UAE.
