Champions Trophy 2025: The star Indian batter Virat Kohli has showcased an impressive form in the ongoing Champions Trophy 2025. The 36-year-old had encountered much criticism following his poor performance in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-2025. However, the right-handed batter once again won fans' hearts by scoring runs in the ongoing ICC event. Kohli is currently the sixth-highest run-getter in the Champions Trophy 2025, scoring 122 runs from two matches at a strike rate of 81.88 and an average of 122.00.

Even though Kohli couldn't smash a fifty or century during India's first match of the Champions Trophy 2025 against Bangladesh, his 22-run knock from 38 balls helped the Men in Blue build a strong partnership in the game, which helped them win the game. Meanwhile, it was Kohli's unbeaten 100-run knock that helped India to seal a stunning six-wicket victory over their arch-rivals, Pakistan. Pakistani bowlers Shaheen Afridi, Naseem Shah, Abrar Ahmed, and others tried their best to get rid of the right-handed batter from the crease, but they failed miserably.
