Rohit Sharma is Different From Virat Kohli - New Zealand's Tim Southee Compares Captaincy Styles

India vs New Zealand: Ahead of the Test series, New Zealand's Tim Southee compared the captaincy styles of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli . As per Southee, Rohit is calm as a leader unlike Kohli. Claiming that there is no right way or wrong way, Southee said it's about finding your own style.

"You look at Rohit. He is a very calm guy. I have played under him for Mumbai Indians . He reads the game well and obviously well respected among the players. He is different from someone like Virat who is very passionate and well-respected for the way he plays. It’s about finding your own style as there is no right way or wrong way but how you find the balance and get the best out of your teammates," Southee said on FP. 

India coach Gautam Gambhir made it clear that India will continue to be aggressive, like they were against Bangladesh. 

“We want people to be aggressive, go out there and play the natural game. Why do we need to hold on people? If they can play the natural game, get 400 or 500 runs in a day, why not? I’ve always maintained T20 cricket has to be played that way, and we will play that way. High risk, high reward, high risk, high failure, and we will continue to play that way. There will be days when we’ll get bundled out for 100, but we’ll take it up, continue to back our players to go out there and play high risk cricket," Gambhir said.
