CM Naveen Patnaik pays homage to Biju Patnaik

On the occasion of the 27th foundation of Biju Janta Dal, CM of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik paid floral tribute to his father Biju Patnaik on Dec 26. Biju Janata Dal is named after the former CM of Odisha and Naveen Patnaik father’s Biju Patnaik. To celebrate the BJD’s 27th foundation day, Odisha’s Bhubaneswar was decked up with the party’s flag.
