Rahul Gandhi Insults PM Modi, Call Him Panauti

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, on Tuesday, blamed PM Narendra Modi for India's loss against Australia in the ICC Cricket World Cup final on November 19. During an election rally in Rajasthan, the MP launched the ‘Panauti’ jibe at the PM and alleged that India would have won the final match if it wasn't for PM Modi. Former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad slammed Rahul Gandhi for his statement for “abusing” PM Modi. BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia hit back at Rahul Gandhi and underscored the losing streak of Congress whenever the latter was made the party President. According to Bhatia, the Congress party lost in Gujarat in 2017 when Rahul Gandhi was the party President, lost Tripura, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Telangana in 2018 and lost the Lok Sabha elections as well as Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, Haryana and Sikkim when he led the party in 2019.
