In a shocking incident from Karnataka Congress MLA HC Balakrishna has sparked a controversy by insulting the martyrs of Pulwama attack. 
The Congress MLA hinted that the Pulwama attack happened to bring PM Modi back to power, he said 'MP elections are round the corner, Modi dreams by waving his hands again he will become the Vishwamanava and win. Last time if the Pulwama attack wouldn't have happened, people would have voted Modi out of power. Why did the Pulwama attack happen? In this nation Modi government has the distinction of sacrificing innocent lives of soldiers. A person who is the PM cannot address the problems of the soldiers and even if his government cannot do the same, what do we have to say?'
