India's victory makes Israel happy

As India registered an easy win against its arch-rival Pakistan in ICC CWC on Oct 14, Indian cricket fans started celebrating across the country. India chased down the mere target of 192 in the 31st over itself with skipper Rohit Sharma being the top scorer. With this victory, India continued its supremacy against Pakistan in the ICC CWC since 1992. Festivities weren't just restricted to Indian borders but they spread across Israel too. Naor Gilon, Israel's Ambassador To India expressed his happiness via ‘X’ and said - ‘glad Pakistan couldn't dedicate their win to Hamas terrorist, thanks to India beating them in World Cup.' India will take on Bangladesh at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on October 19' 2023.
