Take a tour of Ahmedabad's Zen garden
Indo-Japan Friendship Association Secretary explains how Ahmedabad’s Zen garden was put together ahead of the vibrant Gujarat summit. He shows how Awaji tiles have been used in the garden which are available exclusively in Awaji in whole of Japan. A shipload of these tiles were gifted to India which have been used to decorate the garden. Japan has been depicted as the land of the rising sun using special tiles. He talks about the 15 characteristic elements present in Japanese gardens which have been incorporated in the Zen garden.
