How 'snake venom' landed Elvish Yadav in trouble

YouTuber Elvish Yadav and five others were booked by UP Police for allegedly providing snake venom opioids at a party in Noida. Elvish Yadav, the Bigg Boss OTT winner, was booked under Wildlife (Protection) Act. 
Nine snakes were recovered in a raid at a banquet hall in Sector 51 of Noida. Police also arrested five accused while Yadav was yet to be taken into custody at the time of filing this story. 

The social media influencer also posted a video clarification on the matter. In his video on social media platform Instagram he said, "I woke up in the morning and saw what kind of news was being spread against me in the media. All the allegations made against me are baseless, fake and there is not even one percent truth in it. I am ready to fully cooperate with UP Police. My main request will be to the UP Police, the administration, and the Chief Minister, if I get even 1 percent involvement in this then I am ready to take responsibility. Whatever these allegations are, I have nothing to do with them.
