Hunger Games prequel stars at Berlin premiere

The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes, based on the prequel novel of the same name by Suzanne Collins, is set before the Katniss character made popular by Jennifer Lawrence, and instead focuses on Coriolanus Snow (Tom Blyth) and Lucy Gray Baird (Rachel Zegler). Director, Francis Lawrence said we knew there was certain kinds of architecture we wanted. I had been here and done some of the other ‘Hunger Games movies before, and so, like just in thinking about the movie already, kind of had places in mind from Berlin. And so we researched and then we said, You know what? the spot. So, we found one place in Poland, the arena, and everything else we shot in Berlin and in like around Duisburg.
