Dhami oversees biggest rescue op of Uttarakhand

It was a joyous occasion in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand as the 41 workers who had been trapped in the Silkyara tunnel for 17 days were safely evacuated at last. Uttarkhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami welcomed the workers as they came of out the tunnel and assured their well-being. The Uttarakhand CM monitored the rescue operations since Nov 12, day one the tunnel collapse. He also visited the Silkyara tunnel on various occasions and oversaw the rescue work. He also talked to the trapped workers and helped boost their morales. He also visited the families of the trapped workers and assured them of the safe rescue of their loved ones. After 17 days of undying efforts of various national and international rescue teams all 41 workers were brought out safety.
