The trailer of the much-anticipated mystery thriller film Nishabdham with Bahubali actor Anushka Shetty in the lead has been released through the makers' social media accounts on Friday. The trailer features Anushka in an intense role surrounded by mysterious happenings in a ‘haunted’ house. Netizens have been going gaga over the edge-of-the-seat sequence of events in the trailer as they hail Anushka as the 'Lady Superstar' in what they feel in a 'Hollywood level' film.

Nishabdham is directed by Hemant Madhukar. It also features Arjun Reddy star Shalini Pandey and Kill Bill actor Michael Madden in pivotal roles. The makers have also announced the release date as April 2, 2020. 

Taapsee Pannu's latest film, Thappad, recently released in theatres across India on February 28, 2020. The film has received wide acclaim by fans and critics alike for its hard-hitting story and its highly relevant themes. The film deals with domestic violence and tells the story of a woman who fights against her husband after he slaps her. Thappad seems to have truly resonated with Rajasthan's Police department, who had shared a helpline for people to report cases of domestic.

A complaint of cheating has been lodged against Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, her husband Raj Kundra and a few others for allegedly duping an investor in a gold purchase scheme, as per reports. Complainant Sachin Joshi, a non-resident Indian (NRI), approached the Khar police alleging that he had been cheated by Satyug Gold Pvt Ltd, a gold trading company formerly headed by Shetty and Kundra.

Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor's Baaghi 3 has finally hit the ticketing counters after much anticipation and is doing rather well as far as opening numbers are concerned. As per Box Office Reports, the film has managed to register an advance booking of Rs 5.50 crores. Interestingly, it has surpassed the numbers of Ajay Devgn's Tanhaji that recorded the booking of Rs. 5.18 crore in the domestic circuit.
